Care: These Hemp Sandals are not washable. Spot clean as needed with wet brush. Let dry naturally. If your Hemp sandals get wet, let dry naturally near a heat source (like a radiator). Dark colors may transmit to socks when wet or moist.
I was a bit skeptical when I first got these. There are not a lot of options when it comes to affordable stylish ethical sandals but the design to these were cute enough. I have already gotten compliments on them. The reason I wanted to return them at first was because they don’t really feel secure on my foot. They feel like they are going to slip off always but I successfully wore them to an event all day without a problem. They didn’t give me any sores or calluses from walking in them all day long. They are breathable and soft and comfortable. Also the rubber soles don’t have very good grip. They are ribbed on the bottom but are smooth and don’t have much traction. I worry about slipping on slick surfaces. Other than that I am 100% satisfied with the fact that I don’t have to feel guilty with what, how or where it was made!
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
