USE OF PLASTIC
We try not to use plastic in packaging and shipping. If you have a strong preference for or against the use of plastic, please write it in the ‘Comments’ box at checkout. Customers have different requirements for packaging materials. Many customers with MCS need everything sealed. Some prefer plastic-free packaging. We are happy to accommodate special requests, with the understanding that we can’t be responsible for protection during transit if plastic-free shipping is requested by the customer.

International shipping rates on our site do not vary within each country, and are estimates only; occasionally the carriers impose a surcharge to certain areas, in which case we will invoice the additional amount for your consent and payment prior to shipping.

TAXES Sales taxes may apply in countries other the USA and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Local sales taxes apply in some states, and are shown in the cart after you put in your address.
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY on most items (see exceptions below). Store credit on most items up to 60 days of receipt. A 5% restocking fee is deducted from any return refund. The following items are not returnable: closeouts-final sales, custom orders, undies, foods, bodycare products, fabric pieces, washed products, worn products (or products that are not in new condition) and, for reasons of chemical sensitivity, mattresses, pillows. Bed sheets & bath towels are returnable only if unused and in original packaging. If you are not sure of your choice of sheets or towels, please order a pillow case or wash cloth, wash and use it, and decide based on that if you would like other items for your bed and bath. Bras are returnable in new condition.
Shipping is non-refundable.

FREE SHIPPING on most items for orders of $350 or more to US (48 contiguous states only). Exceptions apply (ropes, kilogram spools of twines, webbing, candles, and hammocks).
SIZING We provide sizing charts on specific product pages (we are working on having this info for every product). Please provide us with your relevant measurements and tell us how you like your clothes to fit, so that we can double-check for you and contact you if there's a discrepancy.
