Returns & Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it for refund per the instructions and conditions below and re-order what you would like instead.
Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for full refund. Between 30 - 60 days from receipt, we may accept returns for store credit, only with explicit prior return authorization by email. After 60 days from receipt returns are not accepted.
Bras are returnable in new, unused condition. Custom production items and made-to-order items such as cut fabrics, mattresses, pillows, panties, underwear, mouth masks, and body care products or anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. For example, sheets and blankets that have been taken out of their packaging and all pillows, mattresses, and comforters are not returnable. For reasons of hygiene and in consideration to chemically-sensitive customers, our pure organic towels are not returnable once opened or used. If you are unsure, please get a wash cloth or hand towel to try out before ordering a set. Closeout items are marked as such and are also non-returnable.
Shipping is non-refundable.

Overseas Customers: Please send returns to the above address via postal service only. If you send your package via UPS or another parcel carrier, brokerage fees will apply. Please state on customs form that products originated in USA and are sent back for refund.
Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt, with photos showing the defect in new condition. We will examine and replace defective items at our expense.1 (360) 990-5077
