Pure 100% organic hemp mittens made in-house since 1997. These organically grown European hemp mittens protect your hands with untreated natural hemp fibers; furthermore they are very breathable & non-confining for best skin health. Unisex sizes M & L. Natural, Black, Silver-Blue/Grey. Please read before buying: Do not put these special hemp mittens in the dryer. If you must use a dryer, please choose one of our organic cotton gloves or mittens instead. Hemp will shrink in the high dry heat of the dryer. Shrinkage is not a claimable defect (we do not use forever chemicals to shrinkage-proof our products). By purchasing these unique hemp mittens, you agree to not use the dryer. Wash on gentle cycle, preferably in a laundry mesh bag, (or by hand) with lukewarm water and mild biodegradable detergent and lay flat to dry. Or have it professionally cleaned at a quality eco dry cleaner. | For extra warmth: layer our organic hemp mittens inside a larger sized ALASKA 100% organic cotton fleece mittens, or a smaller organic cotton fleece mittens inside a larger organic cotton fleece mittens.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, open the order (using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu) and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your return.

To exchange an item, please return it for refund and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses), as well as underwear, bras, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

If you are unsure, please buy a single item, a wash cloth, or pillow or mattress sample to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable. We also do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
