Description

Organic hemp bath towels with organic cotton backing, 100% biodegradable. Truly rare & unique, back in stock for a limited time. The body wrap size makes a great throw blanket as well as a beach blanket, too. Pure organic 100% hemp terry loop towels with 100% organic cotton backing. Natural. Unbleached, dye-free. Super absorbent. World's first and only. Occasional skipped loops are normal and not a defect because we do not chemically homogenize our hemp fibers, instead leaving them raw and untreated as they come from nature. Linting in the washer and dryer are also normal; it does not affect the performance of these plastic-free, polyester-free organic towels. Important! Do not use fabric softeners as the "gloop" will clog the hemp fibers' cores and cause excess linting as well lessen absorbability.

Style: Organic hemp terry towels

Fiber: 88% organically grown European hemp; 12% organic US cotton used in the backing (necessary to create terry loops). Skipped loops and over-loops may occur; these are to be expected and not considered a defect as naturally-processed hemp defies homogenization (unlike chemically processed hemp which is broken down with acids then homogenized and processed using cotton machinery).

Color: Natural (unbleached and dye-free)

Please note: 2021 harvest results in a darker silver-grey-beige platinum shade in the 2022 batch compared to previous years (see photo with yellow background for the 2021/2022 batch). Until old stock runs out, your order may be fulfilled with whatever stock we have on hand. Currently, the 11x11 size is only available in the brighter color option from previous harvest. If you strongly prefer the lighter or darker shade, please let us know: we will do our best to fulfill your wish, but we cannot guarantee this. If you order a set or several towels, we will do our best to send all the hemp towels in your order in the same shade, stock willing. Once all the lighter color stock runs out, all future orders will be filled from the current darker shade stock.

Care: Special items need special care. Machine wash separately in warm water, using a mild biodegradable detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry. Don't use the machine to dry. To avoid linting and pilling:Do not use bleach - oxygen whiteners are OK. Do not use fabric softeners. As we do not use chemicals and acids to stabilize our yarns and fabrics, linting and pilling may occur in the wash. This is normal and expect and does not affect the performance of the organic towels. For this reason, please wash your towels separately from other garments or use laundry mesh bag.

Note: It's impossible to get baste fibers like linen and hemp to yield uniform loops (from our 16 years of specializing in making organic hemp and linen terry towels as well as from samples of heritage Irish and Scandinavian linen pile towels we have collected over the years). Skipped loops are normal and do not affect the performance of these rare heritage-quality towels. In fact, they are characteristic and part of the charms of baste fiber terries. If you are particular about uniform terry loops, please get our organic cotton towels instead.

Incredible hemp towels

It’s truly amazing that Rawganique can make these soft absorbent towels out of hemp - my favorite fiber. I feel very passionate about these towels because they demonstrate what you can do with a natural material to solve our pressing problems of plastic waste and global warming. the leather on most guitar straps is unnecessary

After opening my rawganique package in the mail, I could immediately sense the amazing quality of everything. It's all so consciously made and packaged. This product was no different. my old strap had leather on it, and I try to be as vegan as possible. Even the subtle things like guitar strap ends might not seem like a big deal, but mentally, even subconsciously being around it, or broadcasting it to others does actually make a difference, in my opinion. This strap is great quality and actually enhances my guitar playing abilities on that subconscious level.

Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
