Zipper optional, so you can adjust the fill as needed. Excess fill can be used to felt, darn socks, or fill pillows or toys. Buy extra organic cotton batting as needed.

Care: We offer this organic, all-natural pillow with or without zipper. With zipper, you can take out the filling and wash the ticking in a machine or by hand; or even replace the filling when desired. Without zipper, spot-clean only, using warm water and gentle soap and a brush. For most spills, a mild solution of 3 parts water to one part vinegar, applied with a spray bottle, will be sufficient. We recommend using a Pillow Barrier Cloth Protector, to keep your pillow as pristine as possible and keep out dust mites. Please keep your pillow completely dry at all times.

Air your organic cotton pillow seasonally. Eliminate odors (only when necessary) by sprinkling with baking soda or expose your organic cotton pillow briefly to the sun.
To increase pillow loft, put your pillow in the dryer with two new tennis balls. Set dryer on Air or the coolest setting possible.

Great product!

The perfect vegan pillows for the whole house

I got the organic cotton 20x20 throw pillows for the couch, the bolster pillow for my bed, and the cushion for my meditation practice, and they are all great! So glad for these vegan pillows. They are firm-ish and I expect them to get even firmer over time. I love that they are simple and pure: just 100% organic cotton. These pillows are in perfect alignment with our vegan and plastic-free lifestyle.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

To exchange an item, please return it for refund per the instructions and conditions below and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund. Between 30 - 60 days from receipt, we may accept returns for store credit, only with explicit prior return authorization by email. After 60 days from receipt returns are not accepted.

Cut fabrics, custom production items and made-to-order bedding items, as well as underwear, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

For example, sheets and blankets that have been taken out of their packaging and all pillows, mattresses, and comforters are not returnable. For reasons of hygiene and in consideration to chemically-sensitive customers, our pure organic towels are not returnable once opened or used. If you are unsure, please get a wash cloth or hand towel to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
