World's first and only all-natural and pure organic linen pot holder | oven mitt! Our all-natural vegan organic line pot holder | oven mitt and set of pot holder + oven mitt come in a choice of Natural (unbleached, dye-free) or Black Platinum in light and dark version (organic biodegradable eco dye).

Our eco friendly vegan organic linen pot holder | oven mitt is made in-house at the Rawganique Atelier from start to finish. We line our linen potholder | oven mitt with 100% organic cotton fleece as padding for purity. We do not use any polyester fill and we do not use any chemical fire retardants. If you need a pot holder with fire retardants, this is not the product for you.

Our organic linen pot holders measure approximately 6.5" square. Our linen pot holder | oven mitt are ideal for customers looking to avoid chemicals and synthetics in their everyday life as well as those who are chemically sensitive allergic to latex or polyester fill and chemical fire retardants. Our linen pot holder | oven mitt are elastic-free, plastic-free, latex-free, dioxin-free, GMO-free, formaldehyde-free, and chemical-free. Natural eco friendly animal-friendly chemical-free organic linen kitchen accessories at their purest best!

Please note: we do not use fire retardant chemicals in our organic linen kitchen accessories. If you require fire retardants in your potholder, this is not the product for you.

Care: Best to spot clean, steam clean, or eco dry clean our unique truly natural pot holders & oven mitts. This is because there are many layers of different natural materials in the fill that may shrink at different rates in the washer and may not completely dry in the dryer (since there are so many different variations of washers and dryers out there, we can’t say how yours would affect the oven mitt / pot holder). From our own personal experience and those of customers who have written to us over the years, good results can be had with washing the oven mitt / pot holder in laundry net bags using a gentle biodegradable detergent in core-less machines. To dry, we put the oven mitt/pot holder at medium temperature in the dryer. Once the outer layer of the oven mitt is dry, we turn it inside out to dry the inner layers. This will ensure that no moisture remains in the oven mitt. Please use the washer / dryer at your own risk; we and countless customers have had good experience doing so. If you choose to do this, the first time drying the product in the dryer, please monitor the oven mitt / pot holder regularly to check for shrinkage or any issues that may ensue. The issues to watch out for: washing and drying at too high a temperature or too long may result in shrinkage. If the oven mitt / pot holder is not completely dry and moisture lingers, mold may develop (shrinkage and mold are not claimable product defects). Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

To exchange an item, please return it for refund per the instructions and conditions below and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund. Between 30 - 60 days from receipt, we may accept returns for store credit, only with explicit prior return authorization by email. After 60 days from receipt returns are not accepted.

Cut fabrics, custom production items and made-to-order bedding items, as well as underwear, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

For example, sheets and blankets that have been taken out of their packaging and all pillows, mattresses, and comforters are not returnable. For reasons of hygiene and in consideration to chemically-sensitive customers, our pure organic towels are not returnable once opened or used. If you are unsure, please get a wash cloth or hand towel to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

International Orders

If this is your first order from Rawganique.com, we do accept orders from outside the US upon prepayment by direct bank transfer only. If you’d like to place an order, please email us the shipping country/province, so that we can add it to the list of shipping destinations in our cart for you to place the order.

Please choose only ‘Money Order’ (not credit card, since it will be refunded and you will lose potentially significant currency conversion fees). Then we’ll email you the bank info to send the payment to, and once the full amount of the order total in USD has been received, we’ll ship the order. All sending bank’s fees are the customer’s responsibility.
