Our Organic Hemp Oven Mitts are made from organic European hemp, grown without pesticides, defoliants, or chemicals of any kind. The hemp oven mitt is hand-crafted from start to finish at the Rawganique Atelier in Europe for true purity.

The organic hemp oven mitt is uniquely filled with 100% organic cotton fleece — we do not use polyester or fire retardant chemicals in this item. If you need fire retardancy, please do not get this item.

Matching organic hemp pot holders are also available.

Organic cotton threads are used to sew the organic hemp oven mitt and pot holder.

Colors: The hemp oven mitt is available in Natural (unbleached, undyed) or Natural/Leaf Print; Ivory Leaf Print; Earth Brown, Black Platinum, Bora Bora Green, Sunset Orange (organic biodegradable eco dye).

The Organic Hemp Oven / Durian Mitts measure approximately 6 inches by 10 inches and potholders measure 6.5-inch square. These eco friendly vegan organic hemp kitchen accessories - oven mitt and pot holder - are basic necessaries in your organic kitchen - home.

Care: Best to spot clean, steam clean, or eco dry clean our unique truly natural pot holders & oven mitts. This is because there are many layers of different natural materials in the fill that may shrink at different rates in the washer and may not completely dry in the dryer (since there are so many different variations of washers and dryers out there, we can’t say how yours would affect the oven mitt / pot holder). From our own personal experience and those of customers who have written to us over the years, good results can be had with washing the oven mitt / pot holder in laundry net bags using a gentle biodegradable detergent in core-less machines. To dry, we put the oven mitt/pot holder at medium temperature in the dryer. Once the outer layer of the oven mitt is dry, we turn it inside out to dry the inner layers. This will ensure that no moisture remains in the oven mitt. Please use the washer / dryer at your own risk; we and countless customers have had good experience doing so. If you choose to do this, the first time drying the product in the dryer, please monitor the oven mitt / pot holder regularly to check for shrinkage or any issues that may ensue. The issues to watch out for: washing and drying at too high a temperature or too long may result in shrinkage. If the oven mitt / pot holder is not completely dry and moisture lingers, mold may develop (shrinkage and mold are not claimable product defects). Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
