This is the extra-thick edition of our hugely popular Organic European Hemp Insoles, made from organically grown European hemp fabric and felted fiber (some older versions contain use felted cruelty-free wool as the bottom layer), with the addition of a natural rubber layer in the middle for extra cushion.

Note that we offer our non-toxic, eco-friendly organic hemp insole / footbed in Natural (unbleached & undyed colour) or Color (can be either Black or Brown). Due to the many number of size and color combinations available, we are unable to keep all colors in stock at all times. If you order color, you may be sent black or brown. If you have a strong preference, please let us know in "comments" box at checkout. We will make very effort to send you your preferred color, inventory permitting. Otherwise you would be sent either Black or Brown. If you choose Natural, you will always only be sent natural color.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

To exchange an item, please return it for refund per the instructions and conditions below and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund. Between 30 - 60 days from receipt, we may accept returns for store credit, only with explicit prior return authorization by email. After 60 days from receipt returns are not accepted.

Cut fabrics, custom production items and made-to-order bedding items, as well as underwear, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

For example, sheets and blankets that have been taken out of their packaging and all pillows, mattresses, and comforters are not returnable. For reasons of hygiene and in consideration to chemically-sensitive customers, our pure organic towels are not returnable once opened or used. If you are unsure, please get a wash cloth or hand towel to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If this is your first order from Rawganique.com, we do accept orders from outside the US upon prepayment by direct bank transfer only at this time. If you’d like to place an order, please email us the shipping country/province, so that we can add it to the list of shipping destinations in our cart for you to place the order.

Please choose only ‘Money Order’ (not credit card, since it will be refunded and you will lose potentially significant currency conversion fees). Then we’ll email you the bank info to send the payment to, and once received, we’ll ship the order.

Please make sure to only order at the sole official Rawganique site www.Rawganique.com, and not any similar but non-authentic URL.

If you are a returning customer, please just tell us by email that you’d like to place a new order, and we’ll add your country to the list of places we ship to. You’ll need to do this every time you want to place a new order. As returning customer, you can also use your credit card to pay.
