Eco friendly organic cotton shower curtain made from medium-weight 10oz 100% certified organic cotton canvas. Featuring 100% hemp macramé rings with wooden buttons. Fabric made in Europe. Product made in Europe. Sweatshop-free. Chemical-free. Natural or Earth Brown. PVC-free. 10oz Organic cotton canvas. Curtain will get wet but the weave will tighten allowing water to run down rather than run through. Can be used with liner. It's important to have good ventilation in the bathroom (best to leave a small fan on pointing towards the shower curtain - this helps to keep your air fresh & bathroom healthy. Watch out for soap and shampoo scum and wash the curtain as needed.

Wash following care instructions before applying wax. Wax the water side plus 10" on the bottom of the other side or wax both sides. A wax bar does one side of a 48x72 (stall-size) curtain. Waxing Ivory or Natural will darken it with the amber color of the wax. Waxed curtains are no longer machine washable. Reapply the wax every year or two or as needed. Wipe with damp cloth to clean. Use our castile soap canvas cleaner for a deeper clean. The idea is to wipe stuff off the waxed surface but not too hard that it will rub off the wax. Vinegar (or anything acidic) isn’t good but natural antibacterial spray with thyme oil and tea tree base is ok to prevent mold.

Our PVC-free organic cotton shower curtain - and our organic hemp shower curtain - is the safest way take a shower without having outgassing toxic chemicals coming from your shower curtain.

Our ethically made and sustainable organic cotton canvas shower curtain in the Earth Brown color is also a good organic blackout curtain as the thick organic fabric and dark color combination does a great job at blocking out the light. For absolute blackness, you can even double up the organic cotton curtain in Earth Brown.

The organic cotton shower curtain has 2 seams because the limitation on our canvas loom not being wide enough for the full width of the curtain. Our organic linen and hemp canvas are woven on a bigger loom, so the organic linen and hemp curtains do not have seams in the curtain. Please keep organic cotton shower curtain stretched on curtain rod, off the floor at all times. Can be used with a liner if desired; this will ensure that the organic cotton shower curtain stay new and dry. Returns Policy

Due to the special and unique nature of our plastic-free organic natural products, which have not gone through a chemical or perfume process, there are restrictions on certain categories of returns. Please read before purchasing from us.

A majority of our customers are chemically sensitive and/or highly averse to chemicals, scents and perfumes which may potentially cause severe allergic reactions. Therefore, any products that come into contact with intimate parts and skin are not returnable as we aren’t able to resell them. When customers buy non-returnable items from us, we send them brand new products that have always been in our custody and have not been tried on or been in the possession of other customers.

For bedding, we recommend that customers buy a pillowcase to try out and see if it works for them; we also sell bedding, pillow and comforter samples and swatch books.

We thank you for your understanding and respecting our small scale. We are a small-batch independent producer by choice so that we can offer the purest products available.

Non-returnable items (sorry, we aren’t able to make exceptions, due to hygiene reasons): * Intimate wear (underwear, TINA Bra, ALYSSA Bra and other bras, modesty pads, menstrual pads, socks). We are happy to consult about sizing by email. If you need to return underwear, we recommend that you buy from other merchants that accept returns on underwear. * Bedding and Bath items (bedsheets, towels, pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses) * Absolutely any items that have been used, washed, stained, scented or contaminated by perfume. * Any marked down, closeout or final sale items.

Items that are returnable must be returned in new original condition within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, sign in to your customer account within 30 days of receipt and submit a return request from your order history.

To exchange an item, please return it per the instructions and conditions below and include a note with what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size or color of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses, sleeping bags), as well as intimate wear (including underwear, modesty pads, TINA Bra, ALYSSA Bra), socks, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

If you are unsure, please order a single item, pillow case, a wash cloth, etc. to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples; as well, we have sample sizes available to order on the pillows and mattresses pages. Closeout - Final Sale items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable (but they can be exchanged in strictly new condition for a different size or color of the same item).

Shipping is non-refundable; we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. If you return items for exchange for a different size or color of the same style, we will ship the exchange out without extra charge (within the 48 contiguous US states only).

Shipping is non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
