These handmade hemp hiking boots are created for boot lover and nature lovers, with an ethical, eco-friendly, cruelty-free twist: they are made from hemp instead of leather or synthetics and are padded for all-day comfortable wear. Note: There are two inventories of this item. The new Hemp Boots feature a zipper (lace up the first time and zip in and out of your hemp boots). The previous Hemp Boots (on sale while supplies last) are exactly the same, except that they do not have a zipper.

Leather-free. Instead, we use organically grown European hemp: UV-resistant, breathable, gorgeously textured.
Breathable
Footbed lining and shoe upper is made of hemp. Padding is made with synthetic foam for comfort (we had experimented with natural materials but they ended up molding inside the enclosure). If you're allergic to natural or synthetic foam, we offer many other styles of boots without the padding.

Very well made and nice design

Favorite boots, outdoors and indoors.

The zippered version, after being worn long enough to become even more flexible, are easily put on and useable indoors, and they stay on the feet better than slippers, even while leaving them unzipped. The padding at the top of these boots, above the ankles, is remarkably comfortable. The soles and heels are thick enough to keep the uppers above most urban rainy surfaces in stormy weather. Hemp's air permeability helps prevent foot fungus, and the boots dry out well. They are also roomy for the toes, and they have enough space for inserts and thick socks.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
