Our classic 100% hemp drawstring beach pants are made in-house at Rawganique Atelier in Europe (sweatshop-free) from 100% organic European hemp. Very popular style over many years- use for yoga, lounging, the beach, or Zoom work meetings (with dress shirt on top). We grow, weave, and sew each pair of 100% hemp drawstring pants for true purity and environmental sustainability. No heavy metals or harsh chemicals whatsoever were used in their production. Only mechanical combing and warm water were used to process the soft hemp fabric (no acids or caustic chemicals).

The new 100% biodegradable organic natural rubber elastic answers the need of our many chemically sensitive customers. It‘s made of 50% certified organic cotton, and 50% organic natural rubber. In that version, there‘s really absolutely zero chemicals involved in the design of this product - from plastic-free coconut button to organic cotton thread in natural to now also natural rubber organic elastic. Shrinkage

I received my two pair of hemp, drawstring pants yesterday. I tried them on and they fit. I’m 6’, and 185lbs.

I have short legs – 31” inseam and a 35” waste. I ordered and received this size: “Large 35" – 38" (32" inseam) (equivalent to Women's XL).”
The hips were just big enough and length was just about right; the hem touching the floor in the back with a little break in the front. I was satisfied with the fit – I have other hemp pants from Prana that didn’t shrink.
Because they were stiff and scratchy, I washed them and allowed them to dry on a chair on my patio.
The inseam shrank about 2 inches – the hem was now above my ankle. They looked ridiculous. I tried stretching them, like I’ve done with linen pants in the past.
It helped, but I have to wear them below my hip bones, very low on my waist, to get the him to touch the top of my foot, and it still doesn’t look right.
Although I would like to say I love these pants, I am VERY disappointed.

Perfect

These are great exactly what I had hoped. I have to have them shortened but no poblem I rarely find pants short enough. Thank you we hope to come to your store soon - love your products-bit of a stint from Oregon but we will plan a trip to see you very happy customer.

Waist very tight.

I bought the small pair and they are super tight on the waist. But I stretched them HARD on the back of a chair, and I've been braking them in and wearing them a little higher than normal and they are working out really well. Soft, light, solid... just right.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

To exchange an item, please return it for refund per the instructions and conditions below and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund. Between 30 - 60 days from receipt, we may accept returns for store credit, only with explicit prior return authorization by email. After 60 days from receipt returns are not accepted.

Cut fabrics, custom production items and made-to-order bedding items, as well as underwear, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

For example, sheets and blankets that have been taken out of their packaging and all pillows, mattresses, and comforters are not returnable. For reasons of hygiene and in consideration to chemically-sensitive customers, our pure organic towels are not returnable once opened or used. If you are unsure, please get a wash cloth or hand towel to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
