You can apply natural oils / waxes to enhance water-repellency
Care: Spot clean with brush and water & allow to dry naturally. As our premium 100% organic hemp shopping bag is made from unwashed stiff hemp canvas to provide structure, it is not machine washable. The shrinkage of the unwashed stiff canvas can be drastic & unpredictable because the different parts like hemp webbing handles can shrink at a different rate. We do not chemically treat our fiber or fabric, so while this bag is somewhat water repellent, thanks to the natural oils in hemp fiber, this hemp gym spa bag will get wet if exposed to water.
I actually use this as a lunch bag. It's the perfect size to carry my lunch and snacks to work. Everything stays upright and I use the little included pouch for my bamboo utensils.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
