Please note: sometimes our heritage loom creates a natural on natural striped pattern, so some bags may have a plain stiff canvas fabric and others may have the subtle striped pattern (see first photo). Both versions are equally pure, strong and durable. Roomy, strong & practical. Made in-house from start to finish by Rawganique. 17" x 11" x 6". Outside zippered pocket 9" x 8" x 2". Inside open pocket 7" x 6". Use our 100% natural wax to waterproof and stain-proof.

Saying that this special raw untreated hemp/linen bag is very strong and durable as far as natural fiber is concerned is not an invitation to try to push the limit of what this bag can do. If you routinely carry heavy loads and go on rough and tumble adventures or do extreme outdoors sports then this bag isn’t for you. It’s not going to be comparable to polyester and microfiber and ripstop fabric made by companies that mass produce bags with high margins and for which they can guarantee replacement. Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, open the order (using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu) and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your return.

To exchange an item, please return it for refund and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses), as well as underwear, bras, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

If you are unsure, please buy a single item, a wash cloth, or pillow or mattress sample to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable. We also do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
