Scoop-neck 100% organic cotton t-shirt made from USA-grown 5.75 oz jersey. Made in USA. Sweatshop-free. What’s so special about this sustainable women’s t-shirt is that it’s made from a thick all-natural organic cotton knit that is entirely free of synthetic fibers, polyester, and the many toxic chemicals in conventional clothing that are known to cause allergies and cancers. This is a real plastic-free t-shirt.

This is what raw organic cotton feels like. Showing specks of cotton fiber for a unique rustic feeling of connection to nature.

For the past 26 years we have been getting our cotton from a small certified organic farm in Texas, grown by the same family for over 100 years. For the cotton to be certified organic, the field must have been farmed chemical-free for 3 years. The cotton is ginned at their certified organic gin, and spun into yarn in North Carolina. The products are then sewn for us in South Carolina - for a finished product that is grown and made entirely in the USA.

We are a small company by choice, so that we can continue to make truly organic products sweatshop-free in USA and Europe. As you may know, going big usually means going to China or India where we and our customers would have reservations concerning troubling labor practices and rampant usage of industrial chemicals.

All of our products are made on a small scale with farms and workers that we have worked with since our beginning. This allows us to make innovations like using organic elastic and threads and plastic-free natural buttons developed in-house. And of course there are never any pesticides or industrial chemicals used in growing our fibers or making our products. We serve many chemically sensitive customers, and our world-view has always from the beginning been to protect the environment, animals, and people. That is why we do what we do. And that is why you don’t see greenwashed products such as bamboo and other modern chemical and synthetic fibers at Rawganique.

Care: The natural color will shrink about 1/2 inch in width. Wash lukewarm with like colors. Gentle cycle. Avoid dryers to prolong the life of your pure organic cotton garment. If you must use the dryer, set it on gentle cycle at medium temperature, and remove before completely dry.

My favorite T-shirt - perfect!

This is my favorite organic T-shirt that I wear all the time. It's a thicker weight than cheap T-shirts and it feels so cozy and real. I love that it's pure, breathable and 100% organic cotton without elastic (so not confining). It's grown and made in USA, what's not to love. It's the most natural feeling T-shirt I've ever worn. The natural is sized slightly bigger than the blue - I normally wear a women's M and the natural fits me well, especially after the first washing. The blue fits tighter. I next ordered the women's L in blue just to see what the fit is like and it's more casual. So I wear the M when I feel like going for a more fitted look and the L I wear with jeans or when lounging at home - it's a more relaxed fit for when I wanna chill. I also got the long sleeve version called Maisie - same great fabric.

Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
