Care: While hemp and linen are the strongest natural fibers known to mankind, there are certain precautions to observe to get the longest enjoyment out of your 100% linen knit sweater, which is unique, special, and rare. Best to treat as delicate knit (like silk). Hand-wash or machine wash in lukewarm water with like colors on gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag using a mild biodegradable detergent. Lay flat to dry. Do not put in the dryer. Keep away from acids (even fruit acids), which break down bast fibers such as linen and hemp. Rinse spills off immediately. Keep away from high dry heat. Steam iron at linen settings, if desired.

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, open the order (using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu) and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your return.

To exchange an item, please return it for refund and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses), as well as underwear, bras, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
