I’ve been using your hemp ropes since 2003. Awesome stuff - I make woven railing and hammocks with them. The purest real hemp ropes I’ve found, period. A reviewer mentioned the smell - it is what raw hemp ropes smell like - a little bit like faint burlap. This is because natural hemp ropes are a result of fermented hemp fiber instead of chemicals being used to treat the hemp like most others on the market. Of course with enough chemicals you can do anything but what’s the point in that? I actually love the natural hemp smell which fades over time anyways. I and my customers want organically grown, ethical labor hemp ropes for the purity and that’s what I’m getting here, truly. Rawganique hemp ropes are strong, soft and clean - exactly what I’ve been counting on for so many years for my thriving small business. Thank you kindly.

This came quickly and smelled great. But it was considerably thicker than I'd hoped or anticipated. It also had hulls still in the fibers that had to be picked out meticulously. I'd like to order the 5mm and see if this is just a lot variance.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
