Products have such an inconsistent quality in sizing

So Comfortable!!

This is my 2nd purchase of these brief panties. This time I ordered the xxl and the fit is wonderful! They do not bunch up in my clothing or when I am turning over in bed and that makes me very pleased! They are soft and I love that they are organic cotton! The only thing that keeps them from being absolutely perfect is they can’t be washed in warm water. I plan on ordering additional pairs soon!

I purchased these briefs because I was looking for organic fabric. They are very well made and very soft. I ordered the XL due to going by the sizing instructions saying to order what size I usually wear. They need to be larger so I will keep the XL and order the XXL. As a suggestion it would be great to have a chart for lingerie in addition to your other clothing because the measurements for the regular bottom clothing was in line with what I wear but
did not work for the briefs. Thank you for making quality organic products.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
