Our closeouts are meant for customers who have had this product before and liked it, as a final opportunity to purchase it at a hugely discounted price. As it is not returnable, it is not suitable for people who want to try it out and don’t know if it will fit or if they will like it. If an alternate size or color is available, we will allow an exchange for another size or color, but we are not able to cover the shipping fees involved in the exchange.
