Care: The best care for wool products is ventilation in moist air, because wool as a material cleans itself. Best to treat like delicate silks and hand wash in 30 degrees centigrade water (biodegradable detergent). If necessary wash with like colors at 30 degrees using a wool washing program set at minimum number of rotations. Best to wash inside a garment bag. Press water out, don't twist. Lay flat on a towel on a rack away from the sun to dry.

They shrink... a lot!

These boy shorts are so great when you first get them, soft, cool, fit well. But as soon as you wash them, which me was cool water + lay flat air drying with a little stretching while drying, they shrunk a full size and have thickened up and are so small to be almost unwearable. Which is a shame because they were not inexpensive. I wish the description recommended sizing up. I fully recommend sizing up.

Returns Policy

To exchange an item, please return it for refund per the instructions and conditions below and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund. Between 30 - 60 days from receipt, we may accept returns for store credit, only with explicit prior return authorization by email. After 60 days from receipt returns are not accepted.

Cut fabrics, custom production items and made-to-order bedding items, as well as underwear, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

For example, sheets and blankets that have been taken out of their packaging and all pillows, mattresses, and comforters are not returnable. For reasons of hygiene and in consideration to chemically-sensitive customers, our pure organic towels are not returnable once opened or used. If you are unsure, please get a wash cloth or hand towel to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
