Care: We do not chemically treat or stabilize our 100% organic cotton fleece fabric in anyway, so listing is normal in the first few washes. Machine wash SEPARATELY or in a laundry bag, using mild biodegradable detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not put in the dryer. If you want to fluff up the organic cotton longjohns, use a gentle air dry cycle to tumble dry after drying the pants on a rack. Avoid bleach and avoid high dry heat.

Amazing

Bought these with the intention of wearing during ski trips. However they are so ridiculously comfy I live in them at home now. They’ve pretty much become my sweats. And in the black color you can get away with it. Honestly one of my favorite clothing items ever. So unbelievably soft and cozy. Stretchy and roomy without looking baggy. Amazing find.

tight elastic band, Wonderful otherwise

These pants are great! They would be AMAZING but the elastic band is soo tight, and too low. The feel of the fabric is so wonderfully cuddly, and I love the long length of the pants, with the soft cuff at the bottom. I also really appreciate the cut of the legs, not too tight or loose. I would LOVE if they did a version where they used same fabric/design as the cuff at the bottom to do a high-waist. Could be a great maternity pant? Or just super cozy cuddly Teddy bear pants for wearing at home!

Incredible fleece long johns

These are really plush and soft and warm and 100% organic. I think what the other reviewer didn’t get is that this fleece is 100% organic cotton so there’s no strong elastic in them like regular long johns. You can’t make tight fitting long johns if your material is all natural and zero elastic. This amazing two sided fleece is stretchy from the way it was knitted but it doesn’t contain the strong spandex like regular long johns to hug the body. These are awesome as house pants and as long johns under work pants and overalls which are what they are designed for. These thick fleece long johns are NOT meant to go under dress pants or regular tight fit jeans. I wear them at every opportunity because they afford me the ability to be in nature in the winter without having to compromise about chemicals. I love that they are sweatshop-free and totally natural. 5 stars all the way. I’m in my 30’s and I like the cut and I’m in awe of these.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

To exchange an item, please return it for refund per the instructions and conditions below and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund. Between 30 - 60 days from receipt, we may accept returns for store credit, only with explicit prior return authorization by email. After 60 days from receipt returns are not accepted.

Cut fabrics, custom production items and made-to-order bedding items, as well as underwear, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

For example, sheets and blankets that have been taken out of their packaging and all pillows, mattresses, and comforters are not returnable. For reasons of hygiene and in consideration to chemically-sensitive customers, our pure organic towels are not returnable once opened or used. If you are unsure, please get a wash cloth or hand towel to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If this is your first order from Rawganique.com, we do accept orders from outside the US upon prepayment by direct bank transfer only. If you’d like to place an order, please email us the shipping country/province, so that we can add it to the list of shipping destinations in our cart for you to place the order.

Please choose only ‘Money Order’ (not credit card, since it will be refunded and you will lose potentially significant currency conversion fees). Then we’ll email you the bank info to send the payment to, and once the full amount of the order total in USD has been received, we’ll ship the order. All sending bank’s fees are the customer’s responsibility.
