What they say about the hemp rope smelling though is real. I don’t know if it wears off with time, but believe what they say it smells. Like a barn.

Safe strong perfect
I have been making dog toys using your hemp ropes going back to 1999. The best hemp ropes on the market, the highest quality and the best bang for the buck for non-China, non-chemical natural rope that’s truly safe for pets, people and the planet. The strength and the purity are evident and dogs go crazy over the natural hemp scent which is a little like burlap which I understand is due to the natural fermentation process of the hemp fiber. If hemp ropes don’t have the hemp smell then they have been treated with chemicals and are not natural. Being that I make pet products that have to be 100% safe for pets, kids and people, I will never risk using a lower grade product with questionable origin or production methods. You are in fact why my business exists as it does at all. Thanks again and looking forward to many years to come from our family business and our customers and their pets who love the hemp and the rope.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
