To ensure that every customer gets sent a brand-new product, all pillows, comfortables, mattresses and futons sold by Rawganique are not returnable. They are packaged in plastic to prevent contamination in transit. If you believe you may be sensitive to natural fiber oils, please order a small pillow sample first. We offer pillow samples and mattress samples in all fill materials for you to test out our organic pillows, comforters and mattresses in miniature form which can be used as pin cushions or seat cushions in the case of mattress samples. For optimal flexibility, we recommend getting the firmest pillows in a zippered version, so you can adjust the fill to your liking over time. Our all-natural organic cotton pillow is as breathable as only natural fibers can be - it wicks away moisture, and keeps your skin dry and cool. And since it’s not made of micro-fiber this and polyester that, and not treated with any chemicals whatsoever, it’s also the best pillow for allergies. Optional add-on of an organic slip-on pillowcase in matching pillow size in your choice of Organic Cotton, Linen, or Hemp. Default is Organic Cotton Sateen Made in USA or Europe, but you may opt for a free upgrade to a Hemp or Linen Wildcard case. To do that, please write in the comments box at checkout that you want hemp or linen, and we choose the color based on availability.

Are truly natural products scent-free?

No, because most if not all natural things have scents. We must distinguish between natural and synthetic smells. A tomato leaf has a scent, a rose petal has a scent, organic cotton fiber has a scent. Most manufacturers use acids and chemicals instead of the organic and natural cleaning materials that we use, because we strive to make our products as natural as possible.

You may notice a smell when you unpack your new comforter. This is the smell of the natural fibers, all of which contain natural oils. The smell will dissipate quickly over time, and faster so with exposure to fresh air.

Zipper optional, so you can adjust the fill as needed. Excess fill can be used to felt, darn socks, or fill pillows or toys. Buy extra organic cotton batting as needed.

Care: We offer this organic, all-natural pillow with or without zipper. With zipper, you can take out the filling and wash the ticking in a machine or by hand; or even replace the filling when desired. Without zipper, spot-clean only, using warm water and gentle soap and a brush. For most spills, a mild solution of 3 parts water to one part vinegar, applied with a spray bottle, will be sufficient. We recommend using a Pillow Barrier Cloth Protector, to keep your pillow as pristine as possible and keep out dust mites. Please keep your pillow completely dry at all times.

Air your organic cotton pillow seasonally. Eliminate odors (only when necessary) by sprinkling with baking soda or expose your organic cotton pillow briefly to the sun.
To increase pillow loft, put your pillow in the dryer with two new tennis balls. Set dryer on Air or the coolest setting possible.

Returns Policy

Due to the special and unique nature of our plastic-free organic natural products, which have not gone through a chemical or perfume process, there are restrictions on certain categories of returns. Please read before purchasing from us.

A majority of our customers are chemically sensitive and/or highly averse to chemicals, scents and perfumes which may potentially cause severe allergic reactions. Therefore, any products that come into contact with intimate parts and skin are not returnable as we aren’t able to resell them. When customers buy non-returnable items from us, we send them brand new products that have always been in our custody and have not been tried on or been in the possession of other customers.

For bedding, we recommend that customers buy a pillowcase to try out and see if it works for them; we also sell bedding, pillow and comforter samples and swatch books.

We thank you for your understanding and respecting our small scale. We are a small-batch independent producer by choice so that we can offer the purest products available.

Non-returnable items (sorry, we aren’t able to make exceptions, due to hygiene reasons): * Intimate wear (underwear, TINA Bra, ALYSSA Bra and other bras, modesty pads, menstrual pads, socks). We are happy to consult about sizing by email. If you need to return underwear, we recommend that you buy from other merchants that accept returns on underwear. * Bedding and Bath items (bedsheets, towels, pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses) * Absolutely any items that have been used, washed, stained, scented or contaminated by perfume. * Any marked down, closeout or final sale items.

Items that are returnable must be returned in new original condition within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, sign in to your customer account within 30 days of receipt and submit a return request from your order history.

To exchange an item, please return it per the instructions and conditions below and include a note with what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size or color of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses, sleeping bags), as well as intimate wear (including underwear, modesty pads, TINA Bra, ALYSSA Bra), socks, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

If you are unsure, please order a single item, pillow case, a wash cloth, etc. to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples; as well, we have sample sizes available to order on the pillows and mattresses pages. Closeout - Final Sale items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable (but they can be exchanged in strictly new condition for a different size or color of the same item).

Shipping is non-refundable; we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. If you return items for exchange for a different size or color of the same style, we will ship the exchange out without extra charge (within the 48 contiguous US states only).

Shipping is non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
