Care: Spot clean with brush and water & allow to dry naturally. As our premium 100% organic hemp shopping bag is made from unwashed stiff hemp canvas to provide structure, we do NOT recommend washing this bag in the washing machine. The shrinkage of the unwashed stiff canvas can be drastic & unpredictable because the different parts like hemp webbing handles can shrink at a different rate.
I was looking for a bag I could throw everything in and feel comfortable that the strap could take the weight and this bag is it. This is very well made, while it’s not a stiff material, it’s not super soft either so there is still structure to the bag. I can carry my MacBook Air 13†in a neoprene case in there as well but I use a backpack for that. I love that I get to not compromise on my values, and still get what I want out of a bag. Well done, Rawganique! I look forward to seeing more new items.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
