Description

Rare & unique organic Irish linen terry pile bathmat - choice of 100% biodegradable double-layer quilted organic linen bathmat or single-layer 100% organic linen terry bathmat. The heritage quality linen terry is highly absorbent, taking up 200% of its weight in water. These organic linen bathmats are not bleached or dyed. Available in single layer and extra-thick double layer. The organic linen Terry Bathmat is made of 600gsm, which for the double-layer version comes to a luxurious 1,200gsm weight. The platinum grey color is the natural color of flax linen yarns. Sizes: 17"x24", 20”x24”, 21”x34”, 30"x36". Made from start to finish at the Rawganique Atelier in Europe. Sweatshop-free. Chemical-free.

Organic Linen Terry Bathmats

Style: Organic flax linen terry bathmats, single layer & double layer

Fiber: Either 55% organic flax linen / 45% organic cotton or 88% organic linen / 12% organic cotton. The organic cotton is there as backing for the terry pile. The terry loops are 100% organic European flax linen.

Care: Special items need special care. Machine wash separately in warm water, using a mild biodegradable detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry. Don't use the machine to dry. To avoid linting and pilling: Do not use bleach - oxygen whiteners are OK. Do not use fabric softeners. As we do not use chemicals and acids to stabilize our yarns and fabrics, linting and pilling may occur in the wash. This is normal and expect and does not affect the performance of the organic towels. For this reason, please wash your towels separately from other garments or use laundry mesh bag.

Note: It's impossible to get baste fibers like linen and hemp to yield uniform loops (from our 16 years of specializing in making organic hemp and linen terry towels as well as from samples of heritage Irish and Scandinavian linen pile towels we have collected over the years). Skipped loops are normal and do not affect the performance of these rare heritage-quality towels. In fact, they are characteristic and part of the charms of baste fiber terries. If you are particular about uniform terry loops, please get our Organic Cotton Towels instead.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

To exchange an item, please return it for refund per the instructions and conditions below and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund. Between 30 - 60 days from receipt, we may accept returns for store credit, only with explicit prior return authorization by email. After 60 days from receipt returns are not accepted.

Cut fabrics, custom production items and made-to-order bedding items, as well as underwear, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

For example, sheets and blankets that have been taken out of their packaging and all pillows, mattresses, and comforters are not returnable. For reasons of hygiene and in consideration to chemically-sensitive customers, our pure organic towels are not returnable once opened or used. If you are unsure, please get a wash cloth or hand towel to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If this is your first order from Rawganique.com, we do accept orders from outside the US upon prepayment by direct bank transfer only at this time. If you’d like to place an order, please email us the shipping country/province, so that we can add it to the list of shipping destinations in our cart for you to place the order.

Please choose only ‘Money Order’ (not credit card, since it will be refunded and you will lose potentially significant currency conversion fees). Then we’ll email you the bank info to send the payment to, and once received, we’ll ship the order.
