Wash on gentle cycle in a laundry mesh bag (or by hand) with lukewarm water and mild biodegradable detergent and lay flat to dry. No bleach and no fabric softener, please. Warning! Note: These hemp fitness shorts are made of one layer of organic hemp knit fabric (no inside shorts); designed to be worn with underwear (even though some customers choose to wear these shorts without underwear).
