100% Organic Cotton Topper (1.5-2" & 3-4")

Organic Cotton Topper enclosed in a soft but very strong organic cotton twill fabric. Made in USA from US-grown USDA-certified organic cotton.

This product is custom-made to order and ships usually within 10-14 days. (Express shipping does not apply because this item is made-to-order. If you choose Express, we’ll do what we can to expedite production, but it will then ship Ground.) Because we guarantee absolute purity and brand-new materials to our customers, our organic cotton mattresses and toppers are non-returnable.

Care: Rotate the topper regularly. Beat and air periodically to keep fresh. Spot clean with wet brush on the casing as needed. We recommend getting our zippered organic cotton barrier mattress cover to protect your organic mattress and topper investments.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, open the order (using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu) and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your return.

To exchange an item, please return it for refund and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses), as well as underwear, bras, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

If you are unsure, please buy a single item, a wash cloth, or pillow or mattress sample to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable. We also do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
