This hemp blanket uses a lot of raw materials (you will notice how heavy it is; we do not use synthetic filler materials to pad our truly natural 100% hemp knitted on-site and we continue to process our organic linen and hemp naturally using traditional methods of dew-retting in the fields (this costs a lot more) and mechanically combing the baste fibers into beautiful long strands (all done by us in Europe, not China or India), unlike how it's mostly done now by other manufacturers using acids and chemicals to boil down the hemp and linen, then spinning the resulting broken down fibers like cotton (which makes it cheap to make for homogenized mass production introduces many potentially toxic chemicals into the process). Please treat this special product gently so that you can continue to enjoy it for years to come. It is so beautiful and unique; it's our favorite blanket that we have been making since 1997. Wash on gentle cycle with like colors (preferably in a laundry mesh bag to protect it) using a mild biodegradable detergent. Lay flat to dry and steam iron at linen setting, if desired. Sometimes we tumble our blankets on low / air cycle when it's almost dry to fluff it up a bit. If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, open the order (using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu) and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your return.

To exchange an item, please return it for refund and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses), as well as underwear, bras, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

If you are unsure, please buy a single item, a wash cloth, or pillow or mattress sample to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable. We also do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
