As our premium 100% organic hemp shopping bag is made from unwashed stiff hemp canvas to provide structure, we do NOT recommend washing this bag in the washing machine. The shrinkage of the unwashed stiff canvas can be drastic & unpredictable because the different parts like hemp webbing handles can shrink at a different rate.
Very roomy, very strong, Fits all my clothes and tech things for a week's trip. Tough hemp fabric. I like that I can carry it over my shoulder (lots of room in the handle) or on my shoulder. Very happy with this purchase.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
