Outside there’s a 7.93” wide x 5.94” deep zippered vertical pocket along with five hemp canvas loops for carabiners, and on the other side is a 7.87” wide x 11.62” deep pocket with fabric flap and magnetic closure, and metal D-ring outside on the flap. The inside pocket is 8.26” wide x 4.92” deep. Inside is a metal D-ring in the top, handy for clipping on keys, wallets, and other valuable items. Consult a cleaning professional (ecological dry cleaners) for stain removal.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, open the order (using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu) and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your return.

To exchange an item, please return it for refund and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses), as well as underwear, bras, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

If you are unsure, please buy a single item, a wash cloth, or pillow or mattress sample to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.

Shipping is non-refundable. We also do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
