Care: Spot clean with brush and water & allow to dry naturally. As our premium 100% organic hemp shopping bag is made from unwashed stiff hemp canvas to provide structure, it is not machine washable. The shrinkage of the unwashed stiff canvas can be drastic & unpredictable because the different parts like hemp webbing handles can shrink at a different rate.
Great bag and is very versatile! It’s pretty pricy but the material feels like it’s good and sturdy.

Beautiful earth color, quite soft, if you have never touched hemp bags before and are thinking about rough nylon bags, it's not rough. It's pleasant to touch. It has really long straps and a belt, I had mine cut, but before that, my cat liked to play with a belt.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
