This unique linen carryon cabin bag easily fits one large and two medium (or two large) of our organic packing cubes (not included) in your choice of organic cotton, linen or hemp. Roomy 100% organic linen or hemp carryon bag (with handles and backpack straps) that meets most airlines' size & dimension requirements for a maximum carry-on size luggage. We've tested our handmade linen carryon cabin bag on several different airlines' sizers and it passed the maximum carryon test with flying colors! This unique organic linen or hemp maximum carry-on backpack is handmade in our small European workshop from 100% organic canvas that is vegan, leather-free, polyester-free, plastic-free, and animal-friendly. Main body is organic linen or hemp canvas, and the trims made of organic hemp webbing. Organic elastic (50% organic cotton, 50% natural rubber) garment hold straps with plastic buckle. Premium YKK metal zippers and metal hardware. Front zippered pocket. Luggage strap with pocket for hoisting on top of roller handle. Interior zippered compartment on the inside flap. Saying that this special raw untreated linen bag is very strong and durable as far as natural fiber is concerned is not an invitation to try to push the limit of what this bag can do. If you routinely carry heavy loads and go on rough and tumble adventures or do extreme outdoors sports then this bag isn’t for you. It’s not going to be comparable to polyester and microfiber and ripstop fabric made by companies that mass produce bags with high margins and for which they can guarantee replacement. Care: Spot clean with brush and water & allow to dry naturally. Our premium 100% organic linen or hemp travel bag is not machine washable. The shrinkage of the linen or hemp canvas can be drastic & unpredictable because the different parts like hemp webbing handles can shrink at a different rate.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Due to the special and unique nature of our plastic-free organic natural products, which have not gone through a chemical or perfume process, there are restrictions on certain categories of returns. Please read before purchasing from us.

A majority of our customers are chemically sensitive and/or highly averse to chemicals, scents and perfumes which may potentially cause severe allergic reactions. Therefore, any products that come into contact with intimate parts and skin are not returnable as we aren’t able to resell them. When customers buy non-returnable items from us, we send them brand new products that have always been in our custody and have not been tried on or been in the possession of other customers.

For bedding, we recommend that customers buy a pillowcase to try out and see if it works for them; we also sell bedding, pillow and comforter samples and swatch books.

We thank you for your understanding and respecting our small scale. We are a small-batch independent producer by choice so that we can offer the purest products available.

Non-returnable items (sorry, we aren’t able to make exceptions, due to hygiene reasons): * Intimate wear (underwear, TINA Bra, ALYSSA Bra and other bras, modesty pads, menstrual pads, socks). We are happy to consult about sizing by email. If you need to return underwear, we recommend that you buy from other merchants that accept returns on underwear. * Bedding and Bath items (bedsheets, towels, pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses) * Absolutely any items that have been used, washed, stained, scented or contaminated by perfume. * Any marked down, closeout or final sale items.

Items that are returnable must be returned in new original condition within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, sign in to your customer account within 30 days of receipt and submit a return request from your order history.

To exchange an item, please return it per the instructions and conditions below and include a note with what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size or color of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses, sleeping bags), as well as intimate wear (including underwear, modesty pads, TINA Bra, ALYSSA Bra), socks, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

If you are unsure, please order a single item, pillow case, a wash cloth, etc. to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples; as well, we have sample sizes available to order on the pillows and mattresses pages. Closeout - Final Sale items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable (but they can be exchanged in strictly new condition for a different size or color of the same item).

Shipping is non-refundable; we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. If you return items for exchange for a different size or color of the same style, we will ship the exchange out without extra charge (within the 48 contiguous US states only).

Shipping is non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
