Care: Boil the organic cotton part for 30 seconds to disinfect, clean, and sanitize and hang or lay flat to dry. Please DO NOT do this with plastic, synthetic or chemically treated GMO cotton as it's not safe! Our face masks are 100% natural and organic, that's why they can be sanitized by submerging in boiling water. Steam iron as needed. You can also hand wash the organic cotton courtesy masks using a mild detergent. Our washable organic cotton mouth mask of reusable over and over.

For the linen knit filter, stretch out fully before air-drying. No dryer as that will shrink it.

This appears to be well made, but it is a bit large for my face so I will wear a tighter one beneath this one. It is a nice blue.

Best face masks ever!

I normally never write reviews; in fact, this is my first. I love to help smaller companies, especially with all that is going on in the world right now. I must state, these masks are the softest I’ve ever worn. They are a bit big, even on my round face, but that makes me feel even safer. I have always had sensitive skin and all the other masks I have tried led to irritated, burning skin and acne. These are my new favourites.

I ordered a mix masks for family and friends and everyone has told me that they loved theirs. I did so much research to find this product non toxic and elastic free with good coverage.The ties are great for making sure it is a snug fit. I had a few questions before ordering and also after and they were quick to provide me with help. I really liked the nice touches that came with the packaging and information / notes attached. It was very well thought out and add a personal feel. Ordered from the UK and delivery was surprisingly really fast too. I'm forever recommending these masks to online groups etc.Thank you!

Rawganique for the Pandemic

Due to allergies, sensitivities, and being immune compromised, I wear a mask (pre-pandemic) many times throughout the year and used to find at drug stores, etc. but were never ideal for reasons mentioned in Lennox review and need to conserve now.
Thanks to Rawganique for designing the Donizetti which meets all my needs!
It's comfortable, washable, protective, and just feels good to wear!
I love the versatility of the double layer cotton with pocket so it can be worn with or without filter, depending on the protection needed.
I would highly recommend both Lennox and Donizetti and have purchased for family and friends on front lines in food industry and grocery stores and have recommended to other healthcare workers.
The team at Rawganique is awesome and I look forward to "donning the Donizetti" and other masks as we all work together through this pandemic and beyond!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
