Care: The best care for wool products is ventilation in moist air, because wool as a material cleans itself. Best to treat like delicate silks and hand wash in 30 degrees centigrade water (biodegradable detergent). If necessary wash with like colors at 30 degrees using a wool washing program set at minimum number of rotations. Best to wash inside a garment bag. Press water out, don't twist. Lay flat on a towel on a rack away from the sun to dry.

I appreciate this - even with its limitations.

I am uber sensitive, and this is wonderful. The unknown material of the structuring thread and the known natural limitations of the pure wool and rubber are my reasons for one star off (the latter being no fault of the makers).

1: I am mildly irritated by the seams (mystery material - it might still be wool for all I know), but it's often not noticeable for me.
2: The rubber REALLY stinks when wet. Basically no odor when dry, but handwashing is.... acrid. The one inch band is not secured by any means, so it might twist or fold on wearing or washing.
3: The wool is not very supportive (as mentioned in the description, but just confirming this is true).

Overall, it's currently my favorite bra, and after a couple more washes (assuming it holds up as it has the first couple washes) I intend to buy one or two more. It's extra comfy and bonus points for being convenient for breastfeeding.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
