These soft and breathable 100% organic linen pants are 100% biodegradable and compostable: organic cotton thread, covered organic elastic waistband (50% organic cotton, 50% natural rubber), no polyester, no synthetics. Please read before buying: Do not put these special 100% natural organic linen pants in the dryer; they will shrink on you. If you must use a dryer, please choose one of our organic cotton options instead. Untreated natural linen will shrink in the high dry heat of the dryer. Shrinkage is not a claimable defect (we do not use forever chemicals to shrinkage-proof our products). By purchasing these unique organic linen pants, you agree to not use the dryer. Wash on gentle cycle in a laundry mesh bag (or by hand) with lukewarm water and mild biodegradable detergent and lay flat to dry. Do not use bleach and do not use fabric softeners. Our new 100% organic natural rubber elastic is answering the need of our many chemically sensitive customers. It‘s made of 50% certified organic cotton, and 50% organic natural rubber. Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, open the order (using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu) and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your return.

To exchange an item, please return it for refund and re-order what you would like instead. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Most products are returnable in original new condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed) within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Cut fabrics, bedding items (pillows, comforters, toppers, mattresses), as well as underwear, bras, mouth masks, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are absolutely not returnable. By ordering online, the customer accepts that the seller alone determines whether a return is in acceptable condition.

If you are unsure, please buy a single item, a wash cloth, or pillow or mattress sample to try out before ordering larger sizes or multiples. Closeout items are marked as such on the product pages, and are also non-returnable.
