A non-removable but washable organic cotton liner is sewn into the bottom of organic cotton panties (see drawing below). Choice of three organic cotton panty styles: Thong, String Bikini, and Full Brief. An innovative and hassle-free product for your organic everyday living.

The Original Organic Cotton LunaPanties Period Panties are designed for light days. For heavier flow, we recommend our new Deluxe Organic Cotton Period Panties with add-on liners. Latex or no latex? For light flow, our customers generally prefer the pads/panties without a latex liner center, but for others, the latex center is absolutely crucial to prevent any possibility of a leakage. The latex insert is sewn into the center of the pad and entirely covered in certified organic cotton fabric so there is no contact with the skin.
