Due to overwhelming customer request, we are now offering organic linen table cloths in popular sizes for both rectangular and round tables. We've also added the natural color in organic French table linens which we call Evening Sand Dunes to the classic Ivory color.

Our organic linen table cloths are fashioned after the most luscious French and Irish linen table cloths we've seen in fine restaurants and bistros throughout Europe as well as heritage samples from yesteryear that we've collected. In one particularly intimate bistro in Montpellier (Southern France), the light-colored, real linen table cloths and napkins were pressed crisp and proudly showed stains from food and wine that their patrons had had through the years. The result was a truly intimate atmosphere, full of character and charm.

In the old world, when people referred to fine table linens, they meant French linens, Irish linens, or hemp linens, and not the pesticide-laden conventional cotton or petro-derived plastic and polyester table cloths so prevalent today. Please note: We do not use chemicals of any kind to "fix" or stabilize the fabric size or wrinkle-proof our fabrics, opting instead to let the organic linen and hemp fabrics settle naturally on their own. Therefore, the sizes mentioned are the sizes we started out with; the final sizing may vary due to natural shrinkage during the washing and ironing of the organic table linens. Please take the sizing indication as approximate only. We thank you for your understanding.

Care instructions: Our organic linen table cloths and table accessories are machine washable in warm water with like colors (gentle cycle). They should be hung or laid flat to dry (machine drying is not recommended as dry heat is very hard on natural fibers such as hemp and flax). If desired, they may be ironed at the highest linen setting.
