Our HC373 Organic Linen Tea Towels (18"x28") and HC374 Organic Linen Kitchen Towels (19"x24") are both designed to be practical and pure (made as they are in Europe from certified organic flax linen).

Both sizes are versatile, good for general wipe jobs in the kitchen as well as for drying dishes. And because linen is lint-free, both our organic linen tea towels and organic linen kitchen towels are great for cleaning your computer monitor, TV screen, and other electronic equipment. Which size you choose would depend on whether you're more familiar with Irish linen tea towel or its American version which is commonly referred to by the catch-all name kitchen towel.

The fabric is a crisp, airy, yet soft, caressing, and quick-drying 6 oz linen, made from 100% certified organic flax linen for true purity and environmental sustainability. We offer you a choice of Ivory (hydrogen-peroxide soft white) or Evening Sand Dunes (natural color of linen yarn: completely unbleached & undyed: it's a beige/grey color with a hint of platinum).

Please note: We do not use chemicals of any kind to "fix" or stabilize the fabric size or wrinkle-proof our fabrics, opting instead to let the organic linen fabric settle naturally on its own. Therefore, the sizes mentioned are the sizes we started out with; the final sizing may vary due to natural shrinkage during the washing and ironing of the organic linen kitchen towels and tea towels. Please take the sizing indication as approximate only. We thank you for your understanding.

We offer a choice of the following colors:

• Evening Sand Dunes: this is the natural color of linen. It is very rare because most manufacturers bleach their linen
• Ivory (hydrogen-peroxide whitening). This is the classic linen color

Fast drying — simply hand wash or throw in the washing machine with like colors (cold or warm water, gentle cycle) and hang to dry. We do not recommend machine drying as dry heat is very hard on natural fibers such as hemp and flax. If used for setting out tea for guests, the organic linen tea towels may be ironed at the highest linen setting for the classic crisp-linen look.
