Each piece is lovingly handcrafted by artisan master sewers in their 50's and 60's (with years of experience in dress-making) who work from their own homes; their love and pride for their craft show in every well-made detail. They are paid higher-than-average wages to do the work they love and are good at without the impersonal conditions that are unfortunately standard in many garment factories.
