Many chemically-sensitive and eco-minded customers rely on us to deliver truly pure and sustainable products. That is why we take production processes seriously and produce our products in-house from start to finish. For the Osaka Purity 100% Hemp House Slippers, we grow the hemp, weave the hemp canvas for the uppers and footbed, knit the hemp jersey for the footbed lining, and sew and handcraft each pair at our European atelier. Sweatshop-free.
Here the uppers are cut and quilted, ready for sewing onto the footbed.
Here are the quilted footbed (with 100% hemp jersey in between the two layers of hemp canvas) ready to be attached to the hemp uppers.
The trims are sewn onto the uppers (in this case, it's a brown trim on black hemp slippers).
The hemp uppers are sewn onto the cushioned hemp footbed - sole.
Here our artisan is working on the natural hemp slippers.
Voilà! The 100% hemp slippers are done, ready for finishing.
The hemp slippers get ironed.
Now they are ready to go into the included 100% organic hemp drawstring bag.
